Quotes

• Quotes are valid for 45 days
• Quotes for multiple parts are priced as a group - individual prices vary if priced separately.
•"Grouping" or "ganged" parts in a STL files are not allowed and are subject to quoting as individual parts.
• All quotes are subject to final 3D STL files or final prints.
• Quoted prices assume the receipt of data in STL file format. If a file conversion or repair is required, additional charges may be required.
• Quoted prices do not include taxes, where applicable.

Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
• Payments are due NET 30 from shipping date.
• Any order over $8000 requires a 50% down payment with the balance paid NET 30 from part ship date unless otherwise accepted.
• American Precision Prototyping, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
• For orders that are paid with a purchase order, you must provide the purchase order number with a signed quote or a copy of the purchase order before the job will start. These can be faxed to 918-266-1019.
• Customers paying with a purchase order are subject to credit approval.

Shipping

• All parts are shipped Federal Express Priority - prepay and add, unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping costs on quotes are an estimate only. Actual cost for shipping will appear on your final invoice.
• Shipments are not insured unless requested.
• All shipping costs are billed back to you the customer.
• All shipments are FOB Tulsa - this means you the customer are responsible for any damage to shipment once it leaves our facility.
• Shipping dates are estimates only.

Other

• We reserve the right to subcontract with outside services.
• Parts are considered "accepted" unless account manager is notified of errors or damage within 5 business days of shipment.
• Lead times vary based on current capacity at the time of job placement.
• Features smaller than .04 inches may not build using Stereolithography or Selective Laser Sintering.
